Our approach recognizes these types of conditions as Symptoms. These are signals to you (and us) that one or more elements of your body’s intricate systems are out of balance.  We use these symptoms as markers to indicate your progress to optimal health and wellness.  At the Human Form, we do NOT treat or diagnose any condition or disease. We have a Medical Advisory Board that handles these services, when appropriate.

Other programs don’t have the ability to measure and assess the vast systems of the body, and how they play a role in your health and reaching your goals.

We monitor symptoms and use numerous (and painless) Assessment Protocols (30-60 depending on your needs) and subsequent data to check your progress and guarantee your overall success.

How It Works

Step One: The Assessment

Remember this: If a health practitioner is not assessing, then they are guessing…

An Interview to clarify your goals and gain a clear understanding of the process you are about to undertake.

The Assessment is a comprehensive evaluation of your particular strengths and weaknesses in many areas, including flexibility, range of motion, core strength, breathing, movement patterns and much, much more.

Step Two: Review of Findings

A few  days later, we’ll meet with you and cover all of the findings of your assessment.  At that point you will have your private instructional session with one of our coaches, to go over all of your personalized mobilizations and corrective exercises.  You’ll leave with a folder containing detailed descriptions of your corrective exercise program to be done each day (usually 15 minutes in duration).
