The inevitable result will be less than optimal performance and, sooner or later, injury.

Stephen Ladd is the founder of Renegade Golf, LLC. This cutting-edge system addresses the components of Golf Fitness, Nutrition, and Mental Game Training for peak performance.

Our Golf Fitness Coaches have extensive education in exercise sciences and are certified by the two most recognized golf-specific training programs in the world: The Titleist Performance Institute and the C.H.E.K Golf Biomechanics Program.

Our Golf Fitness Coaches are NOT golf instructors. Instructions on specific swing mechanics and course management skills should come from a PGA teaching professional. We are strictly golf fitness professionals and are not concerned with your swing or your clubs, but rather with your body’s physical ability to use them as tools, and your mind’s ability to create and maintain positive mental/emotional states.

When your body is symmetrical, balanced, and powerful, you will receive increased benefit from your golf lessons. Your teaching pro will no longer have to find compensations to overcome your physical deficits.

The Renegade Golf Conditioning Program

The Renegade Golf Conditioning Program is a holistic, scientifically based program customized to your body and specific to the sport of golf.

  • Assessment: A comprehensive evaluation revealing any limits to range of motion, muscle imbalances, or weaknesses
  • Flexibility: Personalized stretches and mobilizations to restore symmetry and balance
  • Stability: Exercises that promote static and dynamic stability, balance and coordination
  • Strength: Exercises targeting the specific muscles you utilize in your golf swing. These are NOT old-school bodybuilding routines
  • Power: strength + speed = Power = more distance off the tee and with all your long clubs

Program Options

Program Design Track

The program design track is ideal for those golfers that prefer to have their personalized fitness protocols designed by our team, and then perform them on their own, in a commercial or home gym.  With this option, you will need 2-3 instructional sessions, and then will get detailed instructional sheets for each stretch and exercise.To see an example of how your exercise program would look, CLICK HERE

Private One-on-One Coaching

With our private one-on-one coaching packages, you will perform your workouts with an experienced Golf Fitness Coach at our facility.  This option is ideal for those with little or no recent workout history, and for golfers who prefer a more detailed approach for all of their workouts.

Semi-private training sessions are available for our popular Junior Golf Conditioning Program. Please call for details.
