Stephen and Michelle has a combined total of over 40 years experience in the holistic health and fitness world, and are eager to share their knowledge and expertise with you, regardless of where you live in the world.

Although these online services are not quite the same as in-person coaching (be weary of any coach that makes such a claim) they are the next best thing, at a fraction of the cost, and still highly effective for the vast majority of people.

How & Why It Works

Stephen and Michelle utilize an online training platform called ptEnhance, one of the most sophisticated training platforms available today. This system was designed to cater to CHEK-certified professionals, and provides assessment tools, questionnaires, comprehensive exercise and educational videos, progress tracking, private messaging and more.

You will never be given a standardized, template workout or nutrition plan. If you want something that is supposed to work for everybody (we all know it doesn’t work that way), then you can find hundreds of options on the internet.

However, if you want a personalized program for YOUR BODY, this is exactly what we do.

All our training and coaching services begin with assessments and questionnaires specific to your needs and goals.

For our Functional Strength TrainingGolf Specific Strength Training and Corrective Exercise Design, you will also be guided through a Postural Assessment with photos and/or videos.

After your assessment, we will design a customized exercise program based on your assessment, submitted questionnaires and the equipment you have available (anything from a full commercial gym to a home set-up with a band and a ball will do). Exercise programs generally consist of corrective stretches along with resistance training and perhaps cardio training, depending on your needs. You will receive an easy-to-follow detailed description of your exercise program, including acute variables such as Rest, Tempo, Intensity, Duration, Repetitions and Sets. This information along with Video clips of each of your exercises is all available for you to view on the website portal with a desktop computer, laptop, or phone. You also have the option to print off your programs to have on-hand, hard copies.

For our Nutrition & Lifestyle Redesign and Transformative Life Coaching Programs, initial questionnaires and then a phone interview will be the starting points.
