“Human Form Fitness offers a unique program where I found something to look forward to every day I work out with any of the trainers. Each of us comes with a different idea in mind when we consider an exercise program; some for rehab, others for losing weight, others to look and feel great. I think what Michelle and Stephen offer is to really listen to your concerns and goals, and then create a work-able program for you. I enjoy mixing it up; all the time. So for me, working one- on-one with Michelle and then adding in a small group session once a week, and the AfterBurn class on Saturday give me something different each session.
