I have been a client of Stephens for years and I’m constantly amazed how he evolves my workouts and helps me achieve my goals. I have a minimum of time to give and a short attention span but Stephen manages to keep me on track, engaged and still achieving more. The workouts are incredibly efficient and I see results consistently. But the most important component of working out with Stephen is that over time your attitude really changes. He has a unique way of moving you towards a more positive view of yourself and of showing you just how much control you really do have over your body.
