Our customized Nutrition Coaching Program that is tailored to your individual goals, preferences and lifestyle. You will meet one-on-one with Michelle in person or on the phone four times over the course of the two months. We’ll help you sort through fad diets and food myths to find a sustainable long-term plan that teaches you how to listen to your body to decide what foods are right for you.

"I decided to see Michelle about my nutrition after realizing I was often feeling sluggish and worrying about my weight. Instead of providing a one-size-fits-all approach, Michelle tailored her advice to my habits and what I was willing to change. Truthfully, at the time, I would have rather been given a meal plan to follow, because that is much easier; I realize now that a meal plan is not a long-term solution. Instead, I needed to do some experimentation between sessions, which involved change, emotions, and doubt. Rather than feeling like a success or a failure each time I met Michelle, she made me feel like a researcher reporting my findings, and searching for what clicked for me. Over time, I learned how to create meals that truly satisfy me and reduce my cravings, that portion size really matters, and that consistency, not perfection, is key. I feel like Michelle's counseling was well worth the investment of money, time, and energy. Now that the counseling has ended, I can truly say that I feel pretty relaxed about my eating, rarely crave foods, and realize how much what I eat impacts how I feel physically and emotionally."
