The first time that we mention the possibility of incorporating hypnosis for weight loss, we often get looks that convey the reaction of “Really, are you serious?”
The answer is yes.
Just give me a minute to explain; I promise it will be worth it.

Now for those who might need a bit more info, here we go…
Let’s be clear about one thing from the start; this is NOT entertainment stage hypnosis. You know, the kind where your friends get hypnotized into thinking they’re a chicken, and cluck around while everyone laughs at them.
Sure, that’s fun for an evening, especially since it’s now so easy to record said event on our phones.
The major difference between that kind of entertainment hypnosis and Therapeutic Hypnosis (the kind we use), is the intension of the session and the content of the suggestions.
Both kinds start by getting you into a relaxed state. In that state, your conscious mind is able to let go, and the suggestions made by the hypnotist are better able to be accepted by the subconscious mind.
That’s really the whole story.
And no, you cannot be hypnotized if you don’t want to be. Those who tell you otherwise are trying to sell you on their program, usually involving controlling other people. Pure BS.
It’s sad, because true therapeutic hypnosis can be helpful for so many challenges that people face these days.
On our HFF Therapeutic Hypnosis page, you’ll find our popular Hypnosis for Weight Loss Program, as well as our single session Stress Less.
Nothing spooky or weird about it. Just relax and listen to one of the 20 minute sessions before bed each evening.
With repeated sessions, our members report that they feel better overall, and find it easier to make healthier food choices, stick to exercise plans, etc.
We suggest you give it a try and see for yourself. The link is below:
